Status note
Pre-launch client project. Business claims, photography, accreditations, contact details and service coverage remain subject to written client verification. Enquiry delivery is disabled in this portfolio preview.

Context

Solasave works across solar PV, battery storage, EV charging, electrical work and diagnostics. The new site has to help homeowners and commercial customers understand how those services relate, while making sure every public claim has been checked.

The problem

The previous site made related services hard to compare and mixed current information with details that still needed confirming. A visual refresh alone would not make the content safer or the enquiry more useful.

Constraints

  • Accreditations, service areas, performance claims and customer claims require written approval
  • Technical services need to be clear without overwhelming the customer
  • Photography and some business details remain provisional
  • The portfolio preview must be explorable without sending a real enquiry
  • Launch still requires legal, accessibility, performance and measurement checks

Key decisions

Verify before publishing

A claim register separates confirmed, pending, historical and prohibited information so uncertain details do not slip into the live site.

Organise the site around customer questions

Residential, commercial and existing-system journeys are separated, while related services remain easy to compare.

Ask enough to make the follow-up useful

The enquiry flow gathers property, service and project context without pretending to calculate an instant quote.

Keep the portfolio version safe

Visitors can explore the full multi-page build through Streetline, but the form ends in a clear preview-only state and sends no data.

Evidence so far

Evidence being collected

  • Evidence being collected. A responsive website covers services, customer types, advice, contact and the guided enquiry journey across desktop and mobile.
  • Claim register. A risk-ranked verification list keeps unapproved commercial claims out of the pre-launch build.
  • Guided enquiry. The form collects enough context for a useful follow-up without presenting price, saving or performance estimates as fact.

Where it stands

The responsive pre-launch build is complete across service, audience, advice and enquiry routes. Claims, media, accreditations, coverage and contact details remain provisional until the client confirms them in writing.

Next move: Finish the client verification pack, replace provisional media, connect enquiry delivery and analytics, then complete legal, accessibility and performance checks before launch.
